Blue painted this mural claiming against urban speculation in El Carme, popular neighborhood from old city of Valencia.
 Note about the artist: Blu is an Italian artist born in Bologna. According to The Guardian, he is considered one of the 10 most prominent urban artists in the world. He is considered the "Italian Banksy". Blu began painting in 1999, but it was not until 2001 when he adopted his characteristic style using house paint and telescopic rollers to paint his gigantic works. Contrary to the domestication of urban art, its interventions are very critical of society and the model of capitalism and current urban speculation.
