Edwin Harbers and Paul Wieggers have tastefully symbolized the eight centers of the municipality of East Gelre with its colorful population with the artwork.
The eight cores are represented in the artwork by circles and ovals. A society supported by people in the green of the Achterhoek in Gelderland. A mosaic, in which thirty thousand pieces of glass have been incorporated.
