Si colora quando tocca le sue mani

I decided to paint this mural, thanks to the support of a big friend of mine ( Federica, a local enterpreneur) as a tribute to farmers and agricolture, that is the main economy of my hometown, and a message of hope after the covid-19 lockdown period. The paint is 100 square meters big on a tower 8 meters high. Peaches, olives and grapes are the main products of the land in the south of Italy, especially in Apulia. The painting is in black and white to reminds the old analogic pictures, only fruits are coloured because they took life when the're touched by the hands of the farmers. And this is the title of the painting "Si colora quando tocca le sue mani" that means "it colours when it touches his hands"
