With the 'Castarwall', Anderlecht boasts the largest open-air gallery in Belgium.
The 'Castarwall' is the result of seven years of cooperation between Brussels graffiti artist Castar, cultural centre Escale du Nord and the municipality of Anderlecht. The hall of fame consists of two walls of 100 metres long and 4.8 metres high.
From 9 to 11 November 2024, graffiti artists painted several murals on the Castarwall.
In 2025, a three-day event is planned where Castar aims to bring together international artists at his Castarwall.
